SRE Production support engineer
• Primary skills: Technology->DevOps->Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Technology->Infrastructure-Storage-Administration->UNIX Storage, Technology->SQL SSIS->SQL Server • Provide L2 production support for business-critical applications. • Monitor application and infrastructure health using SRE monitoring tools. • Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures. • Troubleshoot application, server, and database-related issues. • Use SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue analysis. • Work closely with development, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve production issues. • Participate in deployment, release, and change management activities. • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability metrics. • Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and SOPs. • Support on-call rotations and major incident management processes. • Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.Job role
