Job Purpose

 

Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure ensuring delivery within scope , timeline and budget.

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Continual Service Improvement : 

Deploy continual service improvement plans based on comparison with competition and against customer’s expectations, SLA performance, C-SAT scores, RNPS targets and customer feedbacks during service reviews.

• Retention and Churn control Management :

Should have worked on Fixed line churn control projects and enable the Service team on Retention tools by working with Product, Commercial and Account teams.

Understanding of industry practices on Churn propensity model.

• Communication skill / Stakeholder Mgmt

Should be effective in dealing with Cross-functional Teams, building Synergy to drive towards achieving organizational goal.

Co-ordination with various Business functions to get right alignment to achieve and exceed customer expectation.

• Process Improvement :

Re-engineering of the processes and enablement of system and tools to improve Operational efficiency and enhance Customer experience. 

• Ensure Time & Budget based Task completions :

Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure ensuring delivery within scope , timeline and budget.

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Knowledge of Fixed Line products and services. Should have worked in similar role in managing Large Enterprise and Global customers.

 

Must have technical/ professional qualifications

Strong understanding of Fixed Line products and services. Should have worked in similar role in managing Large Enterprise and Global customers.

Managing multinational customers by working collaboratively with cross function teams.
