What this job involves:

• Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven) to automate and streamline core processes. You will manage the full development lifecycle to build scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Analytics & Reporting: Extract, analyze, and visualize data using Power BI to create impactful dashboards and management reports. You will provide data led insights that support business decisions and measure the effectiveness of the solutions you build.
• Integrated Solutioning: Create holistic solutions by integrating PowerApps with Power BI and other data sources like Microsoft Dataverse and Salesforce. You will be responsible for both building the tools and reporting on the data they generate.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements for both applications and reports, and manage project timelines effectively while providing clear progress updates.
• Process Innovation & Data Integrity: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement through the Power Platform. Develop solutions that not only automate workflows but also ensure high levels of data quality and user adoption.

Essential Skills for this Role:

• PowerApps & Dataverse Architecture: Expertise in designing scalable data models in Dataverse and building robust Canvas and Model-driven applications on top of them.
• Advanced Power BI Development: Proficiency in creating complex reports, data modeling, and writing sophisticated DAX measures to deliver actionable insights from various data sources.
• Power Automate Mastery: Advanced skill in building complex and reliable automated flows to integrate systems, handle data, and support your PowerApps solutions.
• UI/UX & Solution Design: A strong focus on creating professional, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces across both PowerApps and Power BI dashboards to ensure high user adoption and satisfaction.

• Flexibility to adapt to new tools and processes.
• Proficient with PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Employee specification:

• A Master’s/bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or a similar field.
• Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
• Shift timings: 1 PM – 10 PM IST
• Location: Gurugram, Haryana
• 5-7 years of professional experience in business application development and data analytics, with a deep specialization in the Microsoft Power Platform.
