As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning closely with the strategic goals of the business. Collaboration and leadership are central to driving successful project outcomes and fostering innovation within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize development processes.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.

- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
