Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support CS teams in executing project tasks including data handling, charting, and report creation.
• Develop high-quality deliverables using structured inputs and templates.
• Work on assigned databases, tools, and tasks ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Adhere to performance KPIs (on-time delivery, data accuracy, quality standards).
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure proper documentation, organization, and quality checks of outputs.
• Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, all in different design/analysis stages 
• Proactively anticipating, troubleshooting, overcoming, and/or escalating challenges to your project lead in a timely manner
• Coordinating project task activities between your project team and internal support/operations team(s)

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree
• Minimum 6+ months to 1+ year of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (mandatory)
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and team orientation
