Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining effective business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by preparing comprehensive business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is a key part of daily activities, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational goals.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes and operational models.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine business strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement areas.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technology solutions.
- Experience in developing and documenting business cases to support transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and operational framework design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
