Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business and system integration needs. You will provide consultative services that help translate customer requirements into effective technology solutions. Your role includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives and the customer journey, ensuring that both functional and application designs align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver seamless integration solutions is a key part of your daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in client projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop strategic approaches to address them.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration solutions with overall business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Glue.
- Experience with cloud-based data integration and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data workflows and pipeline orchestration.
- Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions.
- Familiarity with data transformation and cleansing techniques.
- Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting integration jobs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in AWS Glue.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
