Job Description

Relationship Manager - Retail

1. Sales Planning and Target Achievement
    • Volume Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly disbursement and login targets for home loans.
    • Market Sourcing: Generate business via open-market sourcing, direct sales, and local campaigns.
    • Channel Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to secure steady referral pipelines. [1, 2]

2. Customer Acquisition and Engagement
    • Lead Conversion: Fulfill marketing leads promptly, conduct needs analysis, and pitch suitable home loan products.
    • Financial Profiling: Assess customer eligibility, income documents, and credit profiles before application submission.
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate logs of customer meetings, follow-ups, and post-sale satisfaction to encourage repeat business or referrals. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

3. Operational Effectiveness and Processing
    • Document Verification: Collect, verify, and complete KYC and property-related legal/technical documents.
    • Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal credit, risk, and operations teams for fast file sanction and loan disbursement.
    • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to bank policies, turnaround times (TAT), and regulatory norms. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

4. Portfolio and Risk Management
    • Early Delinquency Control: Source quality profiles with clean credit histories to minimize non-performing assets (NPAs) and defaults.
    • Market Monitoring: Keep track of competitor interest rates and housing finance trends to pitch competitive offerings
