Senior Analyst - Tax Data Operations

We are looking for experienced professionals to support one of our banking clients in their tax operations process. Job duties include

• Manage delivery across entities or Countries
• Approve complex reconciliations, exceptions and adjustments within authority.
• Lead root-cause analysis and sustainable remediation for material issues.
• Maintain controls, procedures, lineage and evidence standards.
• Build an automation and standardisation pipeline and track benefits.
• Report service, quality, risk, ageing and improvement actions.
• Track service timelines and quality measures.

• Experience Required

• CA with 6+ years post-qualification, or non-CA with 8+ years relevant experience.
• At least 4 years for CAs, or 6 years for non-CAs, in relevant tax or data operations.

• Skills Required

• Strong tax data, accounting flow, reconciliation and control governance knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and practical automation, analytics and visualisation experience.
• Stakeholder management, prioritisation, decisions and team leadership.
• Ability to manage independently and lead a team or major workstream
• Preferred Skills
• Translate technical issues into clear business impacts and actions.
