Lead Accounting & Internal Control

Purpose

Key Missions

We are hiring for "Lead Accounting & Internal Control" role at Noida location.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Support statutory audit and coordinate with external auditors for timely submission of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
2. Assist in group audit requirements and responding to auditor queries.
3. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities in line with group reporting deadlines. Prepares monthly financial statements including Balance sheet, Profit and Loss, Trial balance, and relevant analysis
4. Loads/Reports monthly financial statements in the Group Financial tools for availability for Controlling/Group teams
5. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, journal entry reviews, and analytical checks during month-end closing.
6. Assist in Internal Control and Internal Audit Self-Assessment activities, including testing of controls, documentation, and remediation follow-up
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain information required for financial close and audit activities
8. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and strengthening financial control
9. Answers Ad-hoc financial requests/queries from stakeholders

Required Skills

1. Experience between 7 to 9 Years.
2. Qualification: CA Intermediate (Both Groups cleared preferred)
3. Strong understanding of IndAS and financial reporting.
4. Knowledge of statutory audit, internal controls, and audit processes.
5. Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Ability to work within tight reporting and audit timelines.
