Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional objectives. The lead actively monitors testing progress, manages defect resolution, and ensures that quality processes are effectively applied to meet project goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key aspect to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement in quality outcomes.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and overall product quality.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies applicable to software development lifecycles.
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements.
- Ability to define and track key performance indicators related to test execution and defect management.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for defect tracking, test automation, and quality metrics reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
