• Senior professionals are individual contributors
• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Application Development Job Family Description:
Roles in this job family are involved in analysing requirements, design, development and configuration of software applications as well as their maintenance, optimisation and management of upgrade cycles. Across these activities in this job family, roles will have knowledge and expertise in designing and conducting a wide range of testing and quality control methods and techniques.

Role : Manager End User Compute

Qualification : BTech

• 8+ years’ experience in working within a similar major multi-national enterprise supporting IT and business functions.
• Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and virtualization
• Experience with ITSM, Collaboration and productivity tools
• Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, & regulatory requirements

Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability managing cross-functional teams/projects within complex organizational structures.
