We are seeking a highly collaborative, energetic, and influential PMO Manager to play a critical role in a global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation program. This individual will serve as a strategic connector across business, engineering, technology, and partner organizations, driving stakeholder alignment, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful execution of a complex enterprise transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. Beyond governance and reporting, this role requires the ability to influence without direct authority, bring diverse stakeholders together, navigate competing priorities, and create momentum across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to program leadership, enabling informed decision-making and ensuring alignment between business objectives and program execution.

Primary Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
•    Serve as the primary coordination point between business leadership, engineering organizations, IT teams, PMO functions, and external partners, ensuring alignment on program objectives, priorities, and outcomes.
•    Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and key stakeholders across global business and technology organizations.
•    Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency, alignment, and consistent messaging throughout the transformation journey.
•    Drive stakeholder engagement and organizational buy-in for strategic initiatives, major decisions, process changes, and key program milestones.
•    Act as a trusted advisor to program leadership by providing timely insights, recommendations, and data-driven perspectives that support decision-making.
•    Proactively identify stakeholder concerns, competing priorities, and organizational impacts, while facilitating discussions that lead to alignment and resolution.
•    Manage stakeholder expectations through regular engagement, progress updates, issue management, and executive communications.
•    Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership across all participating teams and organizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Integration
•    Lead coordination and collaboration across multiple functions including Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, Architecture, Data Migration, Organizational Change Management, Training, and Business Operations.
•    Establish strong working relationships across global teams to promote knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and efficient execution.
•    Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and alignment meetings that bring diverse stakeholders together to drive consensus and action.
•    Drive integration across interconnected workstreams, ensuring dependencies, impacts, risks, and readiness activities are proactively managed.
•    Enable efficient decision-making by connecting the right stakeholders, facilitating productive discussions, and accelerating issue resolution.
•    Promote seamless collaboration between internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.
•    Identify opportunities to improve communication channels, governance processes, and cross-functional ways of working to enhance overall program effectiveness.
