Branch Receivable Officer
- Collections & Delinquency Management: Track customer repayment schedules, call overdue accounts, and conduct field visits to secure timely payments.
- Portfolio & Risk Monitoring: Review daily debtor reports, track credit statuses, and mitigate financial risk for the retail branch portfolio.
- Dispute & Issue Resolution: Investigate short payments or billing variances and work with sales or customer service teams to resolve client complaints.
- Compliance & Documentation: Verify financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to internal banking policies and legal regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular collection, aging, and receivable performance reports for branch and head office management.
- Customer Service & Retention: Build relationships with retail clients, answer account queries, and collaborate on cross-selling retail banking products.
