Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to support software deployment and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot functional issues within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce environment.
- Familiarity with data migration and integration techniques related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional.
- A 15 year full-time education is required.
