STE QA – Mobile Banking Testing with UX Testing Experience (3–5 Years)Role: Software Test Engineer (STE) – QA Mobile BankingExperience: 3–5 Years Domain: Retail Banking / Digital Banking / Mobile BankingKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute test cases for Mobile Banking applications across Android and iOS platforms.Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and System Testing.Validate Mobile Banking features such as Login, Registration, Account Summary, Fund Transfers, Beneficiary Management, Bill Payments, Deposits, and Card Services.Conduct end-to-end testing of customer journeys and banking transactions.Perform UX and usability testing to ensure a smooth, intuitive, and customer-friendly experience.Validate UI consistency, screen layouts, navigation flows, responsiveness, and design standards.Test authentication and security features including OTP, MFA, biometric login, and session management.Verify payments and transfers including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and internal account transfers.Execute API testing using Postman or similar tools to validate backend integrations.Perform database validation and data integrity checks using SQL queries.Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.Prepare test scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and defect metrics.Validate mobile app compatibility across devices, screen sizes, and OS versions.Test push notifications, alerts, QR-based services, and app settings functionality.Support SIT, UAT, release validation, and production deployment activities.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, UX Designers, and Product Owners to ensure quality deliverables.UX Testing ResponsibilitiesValidate customer journeys for ease of use and seamless navigation.Ensure consistency of UI elements, menus, buttons, fonts, and branding standards.Identify usability issues impacting customer expeJob role
