We are looking for a hardworking Product Manager that wants to be a part of defining the future of data driven CRM. The right candidate will have in-depth experience building Data Management, BI and AI analytics platform capabilities using metadata driven system, configuration based extensibility across UI, persistence, analytics and integration layers, integrating data in heterogeneous application landscapes with use of APIs & connectors and domain expertise with Salesforce or equivalent CRM or Marketing solutions. Experience with big data technologies, analytic platforms or applications built for high scale and performance is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Defining the platform capabilities for Data 360, in tighter integration with the Salesforce Platform.

• Contribute to the end to end Data Management experience for Salesforce Data 360, including influencing our AI, Analytics, and Data strategy.

• Define and drive Data 360's data privacy and regulatory compliance capabilities, including support for GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and emerging global privacy regulations — encompassing data subject access request (DSAR) fulfillment workflows, right-to-erasure automation, consent management integration, and compliance audit trail documentation.

• Contribute to Data 360’s access control policies leveraging ABAC and RBAC (Attribute-Based and Role-Based Access Control) models across Data 360's multi-tenant architecture, ensuring governance scales securely across enterprise customers.

• Contribute to Data 360's Data Catalog and Lineage strategy, including how these capabilities enable Agentic workflows and trusted AI.

• Work with other Salesforce cloud products to operationalize end to end use cases based on data and analytics integrations, including integrations to 3rd party systems.

• Engage with our partner and customer communities to deliver feature and product enablement, drive customer success and product adoption.

• Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and growth targets for Data 360 governance capabilities. Experienced in CTS analysis, Pricing and Packaging.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 14+ years experience in product management with expertise in SaaS or PaaS environments.

• Strong understanding of SaaS Platform technologies, architecture, and integrations. Experience with Salesforce Platform is a big plus, including Developer Platform, DX, extensibility, UI, API.

• Experience with data governance, compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2), and security best practices for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

• Strong knowledge of access control models including ABAC and RBAC (Attribute-Based and Role-Based Access Control), with experience implementing them at scale.

• Strong understanding of Data Catalog and Lineage capabilities and how they are used in Agentic workflows.

• Working knowledge of global data privacy regulations — GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and emerging frameworks (EU AI Act, India DPDP Act) — with experience building or managing product capabilities for regulatory compliance, including DSAR fulfillment, consent management, data retention policies, and audit trail documentation
