Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes designing and executing migration strategies that ensure applications and data are moved efficiently and securely. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement scalable and high-performance cloud solutions, supporting the organization s goals for innovation and operational excellence. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of migration plans are part of the daily routine to address challenges and optimize outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of cloud migration strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall migration capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving during migration projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services including private and public cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of application and data migration methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to manage complex migration challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
