Description

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Quote Creation: 
  • Configure and price complex IT solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and software.
  • Ensure accurate and timely quote generation.
  • Adhere to pricing guidelines and discount policies.
• Orders and Billing Management: 
  • Execute order creation and cancellation, including billing and entitlement adjustments
  • Re-quote to align with updated product catalog and pricing
  • Perform re-quoting activities aligned with updated product catalog and pricing
  • Ensure accurate generation of invoice and support final invoice closure along with collections
  • Validate bill plans and ensure invoice accuracy and completeness
  • Track and reconcile billing via Master Tracker
• Technical Expertise: 
  • Stay up-to-date with Dell's product portfolio and technical specifications.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Process Improvement: 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the quote creation process.
  • Implement process improvements (if any) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Eye to detail and ensure process steps are followed to the ‘T’

Technical and Functional Skills

• Any Bachelor's degree 
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and software solutions.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office/Internet.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Decent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
