As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technological strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. The Integration Engineer ensures that the technology solutions implemented accurately reflect the needs and goals of the business, fostering seamless integration and enhanced operational effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs and web services for seamless system connectivity.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse platforms.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation within ServiceNow environments.
- Understanding of IT service management processes and their integration with business workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
