Summary:
As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth operation of IT production systems and services. This role requires continuous monitoring to ensure that infrastructure services remain available and reliable. The individual actively supports the lifecycle of service management, addressing any issues that arise to maintain client satisfaction. Coordination with various teams and stakeholders is essential to manage risks effectively and ensure that all production systems and devices are functioning optimally throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or disruptions to IT services.
- Document and communicate service incidents and resolutions to maintain transparency and continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining IT production systems and infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues to minimize service downtime.
- Familiarity with risk management processes related to IT services.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
