Relationship Manager - LAP_Loan Against Property_0412_2618_1049184
The Relationship Manager - LAP is responsible for sourcing and acquiring Loan Against Property business through self-sourcing, DSA channels, connectors, and customer referrals. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement while ensuring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
- Generate new business for Loan Against Property products through open market sourcing and channel partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, brokers, and other referral partners.
- Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of required documents.
- Monitor application status and facilitate loan disbursement within defined timelines.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Cross-sell other banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Insurance, and Investment products.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
1-6 years of experience in LAP, Home Loans, Mortgages, Business Loans, or Banking Sales.
Strong sales and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of secured lending products and credit fundamentals.
Ability to generate business through market sourcing and channel management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
