Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, your day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. You will work to comprehend client requirements thoroughly and translate these into practical business and technology solutions. Your role includes leading discussions around transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and shaping functional and application designs. You ensure that the technology and business solutions align precisely with the client s business needs, fostering effective implementation and seamless integration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall project goals.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and methodologies.
- Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to manage and drive discussions related to customer journey and transformation.
- Familiarity with functional and application design concepts within integration projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex integration challenges.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
