Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio.
- Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and middleware technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and version control systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
