Devops Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead – Customer Retention & Reactivation to manage a team of callers and drive repeat transactions from existing customers.

The role will own the customer reactivation funnel from calling and requirement identification to follow-up, conversion, and transaction completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of callers responsible for customer reactivation.

  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly calling, conversion, transaction, and revenue targets.

  • Identify and prioritise existing customers with high potential for repeat transactions.

  • Drive customer engagement through structured calling and follow-ups.

  • Monitor the complete funnel from contact → requirement → follow-up → transaction.

  • Track team productivity, connect rates, conversion, repeat transactions, and revenue.

  • Coach the team on customer conversations, objection handling, and closing.

  • Analyse MIS and customer behaviour to improve conversion and team performance.

  • Capture customer feedback and coordinate with Product, Operations, and Business

    teams to resolve issues.
