Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of application architecture to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote understanding and effective project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application design principles.
- Experience with system integration and middleware technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable architecture.

Additional Information:
