What would you do? • The Interlock Associate Manager Sales Operations will be required to coordinate and oversee internal training operations for stakeholders focusing in developing and maintaining the proficiency of the Sales Operations domain within teams. establishes and manages relationships between the business stakeholders, clients and other stakeholders in a very dynamic, fast-paced work environment. • Talent Development process • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. • Experience in a minimum of one or more areas of the Sales Domain like Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Compensation, Sales-Seller or Dealer support • Multi-lingual skills or multi-cultural experiences • Global sales or business experience • Training Need Analysis, Innovative Learning Solutions • Written verbal
What are we looking for? • More than 13 years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 8 years in Sales Training or Operational Excellence • Have experience partnering with client organizations in driving and delivering change. • Experience in managing risk and controls frameworks and driving training compliance. • Knowledge of training processes and methodologies is an advantage. • Expertise or Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage. • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Operational reporting and analytics support • Ensure the Training framework & Strategy is in place for coaching, training, mentoring and gaining domain expertise on client specific processes and products for people aligned to the deal or project basis training needs identified. • Ensure that the effective facilitation, technical, domain and compliance skills are up-to-date for the trainers and manage operational and client alignment. • Set up training processes and manage daily, weekly and monthly governance and reporting. • Lead and drive weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews for training ensuring training function is aligned with business and client objectives. • Collaborate with and contribute to projects across other projects as needed • Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in consultation with Delivery leads, including assessment methods and measurement systems available. • Deploy and govern training programs basis the needs analysis and ensure all risks are mitigated by sucessfully collaborating with respective stakeholders. • Monitor, measure and report on employees training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. • Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by employees for effective performance Client and Internal requirements, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization or Leadership as appropriate. • Interact with training vendors, clients and stakeholders and attend related business meetings and reviews using strong written and verbal communication skills. • If required, support Mobilization Leads and Solution Architects by creating and deploying action plans and solutions. • Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives.
