• SAP Patching and Maintenance activities
• SAP Note (S-Note) Implementation
• EWA Analysis and System Health Checks
• SAP Transport Management System (TMS)
• SAP Cloud ALM Administration
• SAP BTP Administration
• SAP Cloud Connector Administration
• SAP Support Marketplace
• Incident & Service Request Management
• SAP Security and Risk Management
• HANA Database fundamentals
• SAP Upgrade & Migration experience
• Client-facing communication skills
