Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration of various systems and data models. The position demands active engagement in aligning platform components to support organizational data needs, fostering a cohesive and efficient data environment. The engineer continuously works to enhance the platform s architecture, ensuring it meets evolving business requirements and supports scalable data solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align data platform components with organizational goals and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize data integration processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Data Visualization Techniques.
- Strong knowledge of data platform architectures and integration strategies.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable data models and workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects and technical teams to ensure system cohesion.
- Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data platform issues.
