This position demands continuous collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure that software solutions align with business needs and deliver optimal performance throughout development stages.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet organizational requirements.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow environment.
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
