• Using deep knowledge of SAP Fieldglass capabilities, drive design workshops with the client and be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis.
• Independently handle or lead a team of functional consultants for tasks related to design workshops, configuration, SIT, UAT, Defect Triage, Cutover, Go-Live & Post Go-Live support activities for SAP Fieldglass implementations.
• Demonstrate unique offerings in SAP Fieldglass capabilities (Contingent Workforce Management, SOW/Services Procurement, Worker Profile Management, SoD Control) and derive value during design, development, and implementation of external workforce management processes.
• Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients; provide advisory on SAP Fieldglass-led external workforce and services procurement transformation to address client pain points around vendor management, compliance, and contingent spend visibility.
