Cluster Sales Manager - Gold Loan
- Processing of gold loan. secured Loan leads sourced by RMs by accessing customers Income & Property Valuation through personal discussion(PD) & field Visit(FI). Lead conversion for existing micro finance members who require GL
- Ensure consistent delivery of ESFB products and services and prompt follow up of repayment in an efficient manner.
- Ensuring end to end completion of Loan document right from application form filling till disbursement of the loan.
- Required to solve all the queries raised by Credit, Legal & Technical teams and additional document collections wherever mandated.
Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed till loan aging up to 12 months
