Associate 2-KDNI Pillar 2

Work experience

•International/ corporate tax experience with a public accounting or advisory firm or similar organization,
•Experience in Transfer Pricing or CbCR preparation
•BEPS Pillar 2 experience is preferred

Roles & responsibilities

Working as a Associate Consultant in this team, your responsibilities will include:

•Preparation of Pillar 2 (Global Minimum Tax) GloBE Information returns for various countries
•Preparation of Corporate Income tax returns for various countries including US
•Also Responsible for preparation of the workpapers and filings for Pillar 2 and  preparation of tax adjustment calculations.


Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Good academic knowledge on local tax laws as well as US GAAP and IFRS framework is preferred
•Ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively.
•Ability to read and understand financial statements
•Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
 

Project and Team management exposure

•Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and also working as part of a team during larger projects
 

Key behavioral attributes/requirements

•Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality and ethical standards and values
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently as well as able to motivate team members
•Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations.

Ability to travel internationally

Educational qualifications

•CA / CPA / ACCA with 0-1 year of exp
•Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university or CA Intermediate with 2-3 years of exp
