Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and technological advancements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate architectural components seamlessly and support long-term strategic goals is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance cloud-based solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to technology architecture.
