Relationship Manager - MF Collections
- Portfolio Monitoring & Recovery: Track assigned customer accounts, review aging reports, and conduct regular field visits to secure timely repayments.
- Customer Engagement: Counsel borrowers on good repayment habits, discuss financial constraints, and resolve payment issues courteously.
- Lead Generation: Identify and convert existing microfinance clients who need advanced retail asset products like Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) or Micro Housing Finance.
- Process & Compliance: Adhere strictly to internal collection guidelines, update CRM or ledger records accurately, and deposit collected funds at the branch on time.
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with branch sales and credit teams to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and escalate high-risk default cases.
