Specialist - System Management
Job TitleProduction Services Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2L3 production support for data platforms and ETL systems
Monitor troubleshoot and resolve failures in Hadoop Informatica and DataStage workflows
Perform batch job monitoring and scheduling using Autosys
Analyze job failures data issues and performance bottlenecks perform root cause analysis RCA
Support databases including Oracle DB2 and Teradata for data validation and issue resolution
Write and execute SQL queries for data checks reconciliation and defect analysis
Perform LinuxUnix scripting for operational tasks and automation
Manage incidents problems and changes using ITIL processes and ITSM tools ServiceNow Helix
Coordinate with application DBA and infrastructure teams during production incidents
Participate in oncall and shiftbased support
Maintain SOPs runbooks and knowledge base documentation
