- Responsible for managing a team focused on collections and recovery of hard bucket loans related to tractors and farm equipment. - Oversee recovery branch operations ensuring timely collections and minimizing non-performing assets. - Coordinate with field and recovery teams to strategize and implement effective recovery plans. - Manage relationships with customers to facilitate smooth recovery processes. - Lead and motivate the collections team to achieve targets and improve recovery efficiency. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines in recovery operations. - Monitor and report on recovery performance metrics to senior management.Job role
