Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Experience with Microservices development
Deep knowledge of core concepts related to Java 8+, Spring, SpringBoot.
Needs to be Hands On and well versed with latest Java features like Lambda expressions/Streams API.
Should have knowledge on Messaging (IBM MQ, Camel, etc.)
Database knowledge (SQL, PostgreSQL)
Cloud Technologies, AWS (ECS, API Gateway, Infrastructure, etc.)
Experience with AI tools like GHCP
Candidate will need to clear a live coding exercise during the interview process.
Good to have:
React.js UI
Internal system knowledge and skills: Quest, ARDIS, Converge, System one, etc.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- willing to work in B shift 12.30 to 10pm
