Job Summary

We are looking for Analyst I in our Chakan ISS Frontline team, responsible for delivering Front-line workplace IT support, ensuring reliable operation of end-user devices, collaboration technologies, and local IT services. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, customer service, asset management, and operational excellence.

What you will do

• Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 and Teams support
• ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform
• Incident, Request and Problem Management
• Laptop, desktop, printer, and peripheral support
• Active Directory / Entra ID user administration
• IT Asset Management and lifecycle processes
• Network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Meeting room and Audio-Visual (AV) support
• Technical documentation and knowledge management
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills

We believe you have

• 5-7 years of experience in IT On-Site Support, Desktop Support, End User Services, or IT Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of ITIL-based support processes.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing demands.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset focused on user experience and service excellence.
• Willingness to support occasional after-hours activities during major IT deployments or critical incidents.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
