This position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met efficiently. The role demands proactive management of resources and timelines, while serving as the central communication hub for all application-related activities. The Application Lead continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives, fostering a collaborative environment that drives successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align expectations.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in application design and development using Python.
- Ability to manage and configure complex software applications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within application environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
