Pre-Sales Officer – Real Estate

Location: Mumbai (Candidates from Mumbai only may apply)

About the Role:
At L&T Realty, the Pre-Sales Officer is responsible for managing leads from various sources, engaging with potential customers, and generating quality walk-ins for our real estate projects. This is an individual contributor role that requires excellent communication, customer engagement, and lead conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle and manage incoming leads through calls, emails, and digital channels, ensuring prompt follow-up and engagement.
2. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule site visits for prospective buyers.
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads, updating CRM systems and ensuring seamless lead management.
4. Coordinate with the Sales team to stay updated on project details, pricing, and inventory availability.
5. Enhance customer experience by providing relevant information and addressing queries effectively.
6. Implement best practices for lead nurturing to improve conversion rates.
7. Support periodic call quality analysis to improve interactions with prospects.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2+ years in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Management in Real Estate, Aviation, or Hospitality industries.
2. Education: Full-time Graduate or above.
3. Skills: 
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Proactive and result-oriented approach.
   • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
   • Knowledge of cloud telephony and dialer systems is a plus.
