Micro Branch Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Head
- Responsible for managing and leading a micro branch within the banking sector. - Oversee branch operations, customer service, and business growth in the assigned locations. - Act as the branch head ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures. - Drive branch performance by managing staff and ensuring achievement of targets. - Maintain strong relationships with customers and local community to enhance branch presence. - Coordinate with higher management for reporting and operational support. - Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day banking activities and resolve customer issues promptly. - Manage cash flow, security, and risk management within the branch. - Support financial inclusion initiatives and micro banking activities in rural or semi-urban areas. - Lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction and branch profitability.Job role
