About the Role

The AI Architect is the technical owner of the endtoend AI Agents program This individual defines the overall system architecture governs design decisions and ensures all 16 GitHub Copilot Agent extensions are built cohesively securely and in alignment with enterprise standards across Splunk Dynatrace ServiceNow Ansible and MRD platforms

Roles Responsibilities

Architecture Ownership Design and own the enterprise AI agent architecture including the GitHub Copilot Agent SDK Agent RouterDispatcher MCP Model Context Protocol server contracts and the onprem vector DB Context Memory Store

Standards Patterns Establish reusable agent extension patterns toolcall schemas and prompt engineering standards to be followed across all 16 use cases spanning Splunk Dynatrace Midrange and MRD domains

Delivery Governance Lead sprint ceremonies planning review retrospective conduct architecture and code reviews and serve as the primary point of escalation for technical blockers

Security RBAC Framework Define RoleBased Access Control RBAC policies changemanagement guardrails and approval gate architecture for autonomousaction agents Tier 2 and Tier 3 complexity

Stakeholder Alignment Drive alignment with platform teams operations leads compliance officers and senior management translate business requirements into agent design specifications and sign off on designs before development commences

Risk Management Identify and mitigate architectural risks including blastradius of autonomous actions PII exposure points and integration failure modes across all platforms

Lead customerfacing presentations on AIOps architecture solution design and implementation roadmap

Present AIML insights observability trends and predictive analytics outcomes to drive decisionmaking and operational improvements

Drive architecture discussions and solution walkthroughs with customer stakeholders ensuring alignment to business objectives

Present RCA insights automation opportunities and continual improvement initiatives using AIOps platforms eg Grokstream BlueVerse

Support governance forums QBRs and executive reviews with structured datadriven presentations and recommendations

Must have Skill

1AILLM Agent Architecture Deep expertise in designing multiagent systems agent orchestration frameworks GitHub Copilot Agent SDK LangChain or equivalent MCP protocol and toolcall patterns

2Enterprise Integration Architecture Strong experience integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms ServiceNow Splunk Dynatrace Ansible TowerAWX via REST APIs and webhook patterns

3Security Compliance Design Proficient in designing RBAC zerotrust access models audit logging and approval workflows for automatedautonomous systems in regulated enterprise environments

4Technical Leadership Agile Delivery Proven track record leading crossfunctional engineering teams using AgileScrum ability to manage scope velocity and stakeholder expectations across multiphase programs

5Python InfrastructureasCode Strong Python development skills familiarity with GitHub Enterprise CICD pipelines and IaC tooling Terraform Ansible for enterprise AI deployments

6Strong customer presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate AIML and AIOps insights into businessrelevant outcomes

7Ability to lead customer workshops architecture walkthroughs and executive briefings on AIOps strategy platforms and value realization

8Experience presenting AIdriven incident intelligence anomaly detection insights and automation outcomes to senior stakeholders

9Excellent communication skills with proficiency in creating impactful executive presentations dashboards and data visualizations
