Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous link between the client and the system or application. This role is committed to maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client concerns and thoughtfully develops solutions grounded in thorough understanding of the product, fostering a seamless user experience and supporting system reliability throughout daily interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining network performance and security.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex network-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with network hardware components and configuration management.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical teams to implement infrastructure improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
