Relationship Manager - MF

  • Sales and Target Achievement
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual loan disbursal and volume targets.
    • Drive revenue generation through the sale of home loan products and cross-selling related financial services. [1]
  • Lead Generation and Sourcing
    • Generate new business leads through direct canvassing, market visits, and cold calling.
    • Build and manage channels like Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, real estate brokers, and connectors to secure steady referrals. [1, 2, 3]
  • Customer Acquisition and Processing
    • Guide prospective clients through home loan options, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
    • Collect complete application forms with accurate KYC and financial proofs. [1, 2]
  • Coordination and Turnaround Time (TAT)
    • Coordinate smoothly with credit, risk, legal, and operations teams for fast file logging, credit appraisal, and loan sanctioning.
    • Minimize processing time from initial login to final disbursal. [1, 2]
  • Portfolio Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure initial credit hygiene by performing preliminary checks on customer profiles to prevent fraud or defaults.
    • Maintain strict adherence to internal lending policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory compliance. [1]
  • Relationship Management
    • Resolve client inquiries and service issues promptly throughout the loan lifecycle to ensure high customer satisfaction
