Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and combine relevant information. The Business Analyst collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment and to support the development of effective strategies and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct detailed research and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and business analysis methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Openlink Endur Functional.
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
