As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to the daily activities, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive in delivering innovative solutions.

- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Industry X Robotics.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to robotics applications.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of robotics systems and software platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Industry X Robotics.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
