Customer Service Officer - Retail
- Attend walk-in customers and provide information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and within defined timelines.
- Process customer transactions, account servicing requests, and documentation.
- Assist customers in loan account servicing, EMI-related queries, statement requests, and foreclosure procedures.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, and collections teams for smooth customer service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Support branch operations and administrative activities.
- Promote cross-selling of retail financial products such as loans, insurance, and investment products where applicable.
