Summary:
As an Infrastructure Advisor, a typical day involves providing expert guidance to senior technology leaders on the best approaches for designing and implementing IT infrastructure. This role requires evaluating various strategic options and crafting a comprehensive foundation that supports effective execution. The position focuses on balancing technological capabilities with financial and operational considerations to ensure optimal infrastructure solutions that align with organizational goals. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and continuous assessment of infrastructure strategies are key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of infrastructure strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on infrastructure initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure design principles and best practices related to workload automation.
- Experience in developing scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions that support complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize infrastructure performance, considering technology, financial, and operational factors.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for infrastructure monitoring, automation, and orchestration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable infrastructure improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
