Relationship Manager - LAP_Loan Against Property-Sales_Raipur
- Responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients seeking Loan Against Property (LAP) products. - Focus on sales and business development activities related to LAP. - Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions. - Drive growth in the LAP portfolio through effective client servicing and relationship management. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closure of loan applications. - Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings in the LAP segment. - Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a competitive environment. - Prior experience in financial sales, especially in secured loans, is preferred. - Should be adaptable to client needs and capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously.Job role
